Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will never share, lend, rent, sell, show, or in any way reveal your information to anyone except in cases where we are required to do so by law.

To inform you of addon updates, as well as news and discount info, most customers are often emailed via our RapidWeaver mailing list. But this is optional and you opt-in during checkout. You may unsubscribe from this mailing list at anytime, and links to do so are provided in every email that is sent out.

Security

Only the bare minimum of data is stored in the Backup Frank database: name and email address. For credit card and payments nothing is stored. Instead, we depend on Stripe and PayPal, companies dedicated to this task. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available. And PayPal is also top of its field in terms of payment security and compliance. We never access this data directly.

All access to this website is restricted to HTTPS encrypted connections.

Refunds

Single Sale Items
All sales are final. Since all of our products are downloadable files, which (in most cases) cannot unfortunately be protected through the use of serial numbers, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds but in some cases we can offer exchanges on our digital eCommerce goods. Backup Frank offers its products on an as-is basis. We cannot guarantee compatibility with each and every third-party plugin for RapidWeaver.

That said, we have a fast, responsive and great support team and will do our very best to make you satisfied and get you where you want to go in your RapidWeaver project.

Bundles
We don't offer refunds for renewal payments either.

Your renewal date (6 months or 12 months from purchase) can be accessed from inside your account. Thirty days before your Bundle renews, we'll send an email letting you know you're scheduled for a payment. This gives you a chance to update your credit card or cancel the Bundle extension before the charge is processed. This can be done within your account.

Support

As said above we have a great support team that goes above and beyond. But if there’s something beyond the scope of our support catch net, we'll tell you and if it's a customisation you'll need to hire a RapidWeaver specialist to help you with this.

Agreement

By completing a purchase transaction with Backup Frank you acknowledge and agree to these license agreements and policies.
